Do the meals come frozen?

Never frozen! All of our meals are fresh and delivered within less than 12 hours after the meals are cooked and cooled down to the temperature that is required by the Sacramento Health Department (40F degrees or lower).

Yes, our meals are freezable, however, we do not recommend freezing your meals as the freezing process may affect the taste of the food.
Most of our meals stay fresh up to 5 days from the day they were delivered, please read the “Enjoy By” labels for the exact expiration date.
Refrigerate your meals as soon as you receive your delivery to avoid any spoilage and preserve the flavors.

Can Microwave my meals?

Yes! Our containers are microwave safe. Please read the heating instructions on the label. *Remove any sauces from your meal container before heating.

No, as per health regulations we are not able to accept used meal containers. However, our containers are dishwasher and freezer safe and would work perfectly for storing any food at your preference.
All of the ingredients we use to cook our food with are 100% natural and locally sourced. We never use ingredients that are frozen or that contain artificial flavoring, coloring, or GMO!
No, you can choose "À la carte" meals from our current menu at any time. There's a $50 minimum required.
All of our food is prepared and cooked in a Health Department-certified commercial kitchen that is compliant with all required health permits and licensing. Each and every one of our staff members is food handler certified.
To receive a full refund, you can only cancel your order before the deadline. Within 24 hours after the deadline, you can receive a 50% refund. Anytime after, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund.
If you wish to change your order, please let us know about your change as soon as possible. Please note: we do not guarantee that your order will be changed.
If you have any issues with your order, please let us know, and will be happy to resolve your issue to the best of our ability to make sure you are satisfied with your order.
Currently, we take orders every Thursday before 11:59 PM. Delivery days are Sundays between 8 AM and 2 PM.

We deliver to most cities in the Sacramento area. The delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
We do not accommodate self-pick-up for our clients at this time.
